About me
I’m a person-centred counsellor, registered with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I offer a kind, non-judgemental space where you can talk through what’s going on for you — openly and at your own pace. No pressure, no judgement. Just someone to walk alongside you as you make sense of things.

When we feel truly heard and accepted, it can bring relief, clarity, or a renewed sense of self. My role is to support you as you explore what matters most to you — whether that's easing anxiety, navigating life changes, or reconnecting with yourself.






Our sessions
I offer online counselling sessions where the focus is always on you and what you need. As a person-centred therapist, my aim is to create a natural, nurturing space where you can feel safe, comfortable, and at ease.
